Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your items. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1. Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure your items meet the following criteria:
- Standard Returns: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately. For manufacturing defects, the requirement for original packaging is waived to ensure a fair resolution for our customers.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact Us: Email info@urgarment.com within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos supporting your claim (especially for damaged or incorrect items).
- Step 2: Approval & Shipping: Once your request is confirmed via email, you may ship the item back to our warehouse.
- Step 3: Provide Tracking: Please email your return tracking number to info@urgarment.com so we can monitor the arrival and process your refund promptly.

3. Return Shipping Fees
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind (e.g., item doesn't fit, style preference, or "no longer wanted"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for obtaining the shipping label.

Our Responsibility: If the product arrives defective, damaged, or is the incorrect item, Urgarment will fully reimburse the return shipping costs. Please note that the customer needs to ship the item themselves and provide a copy of the shipping receipt to our support team for reimbursement.
4. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Amount: Approved refunds will be issued for the full original purchase price in the currency used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval.
